You stated that your budget is 90000 rupees; therefore a $300 monitor shouldn't be an issue. For gaming, you want a monitor with a 5ms or better response time.

Google "best gaming monitors" and you'll find sites like http://computers.toptenreviews.com/monitors/

Examples of inexpensive and relatively good 1920 x 1080 monitors:
- Acer V243HAJbd Black 24"
- Asus VE248H 24"
- LG EB2442T-BN 24"
- Samsung SyncMaster S23A550H 23"

The above are examples only and not recommendations as I don't know what's available in your country and prices in North America and your country can be very different. I probably wouldn't buy or recommend a 1920 x 1080 monitor that's smaller than 24", but it's your call.

Best is to read trusted reviews and then visit stores where you can actually view the monitors.

I was gonna say the 650 would be a terrible idea.
(100+$ for performance weaker than say an older cheaper card? yeah. .)

But seeing as you're going for the 650 Ti I'd say go for it, the 650 Ti is basically a 560 Ti without SLI support as far performance goes so it should be great. :D
