Just a build I'm putting together for my buddy, mainly plays MMO's, but does like to game out on some new/decently graphics intensive games.

(http://pcpartpicker.com/p/NiUE) Will be one monitor, OS is taken care of.

my two biggest issues at this point is both the MoBo, as well as the video card.

Mobo is pretty straight forward: is it decent enough?

Video card is a bit iffy: he already has a HD Radeon 77xx series, but his computer information won't tell him which one. If he were to crossfire it( assuming we can find out the actual type) would it be a better bet than just upgrading to a single 7850? I understand if the crossfire is better overall I'd have to choose a new MoBo, but ignoring that for now.

any other issues you might spot, go ahead and point them out, nothing on this build is in stone

hes not particularly tech savvy, and OCing is a way outside what hes comfortable with

if he aint overclocking, get this
http://pcpartpicker.com/p/NtdP

-performance difference between the 3330 and the 3570 is negligble in games
-you dont need a z77 board
-cheaper ram. its faster but it doesnt really matter since ram speed is almost irrelevant
-you dont need a black drive. they perform the same and are the same
-way better GPU
-way better case
-wattage is overkill
-cheaper dvd drive
-cheaper monitor but still has the same amount of pixels resulting in a sharper image
-way better keyboard. razer doesnt compare
-cheaper mice that is proven to be reliable

and also, with the money saved, you can now purchase a SSD. makes things much faster

all that goes on the SSD are games, the OS, and the apps
