Could a HD 7850 pull off Eyefinity?

Have had the card for almost a year now. Decent card, and use it at 1080p with my TV. Runs all games fine for me, however if I went with Eyefinity, 3x1080p monitors, could one card do it? Would also like to leave my TV connected which would mean needing to crossfire.

Also I don't want to sell the card as it is difficult to sell them as I hate Ebay.

Yes it could but it wouldnt be worth it you would be playing almost everything at low settings just to get decent framerates. If your board supports crossfire a 2nd one would help quite a bit but i would still go with the 7950 minimum it also has 3 gb ram which helps alot with 3 displays

Thinking I will wait till the next gen cards are out then get a 8950 or 8970, then keep the HD 7850 as a spare as it will be worth under £80 second hand. Or see how much the HD 7850 new is when they release all the new one's then crossfire it, atm on one screen at 1080p it is easily good enough as I don't mind going to medium in Far Cry 3  most games except for that are high or Ultra.

7850's are decent cards for sure.Ive owned everything 7950/70 crossfire 7950 crossfire and wound up with gtx 660 non ti sli with 1080p.The crossfire configs were overkill for 1080p.I used the 7950/70 crossfire for 3 monitors and they worked greatI then sold those and got 2 7950's thinking i would go back to 3 monitors but stuck with 1080p and went with gtx 660 non ti and that seems to be the sweet spot right now for me.Funny i still have one of my 7950 sapphire dual x cards and not sure if i want to sell it or not lol.I tell you this is a sickness for me im never 100% happy with anything lol

Thing is I haven't got a desk which will be £200, then I need 3x27" monitors, which will be £600+ then extra power to do it! Think I will get the desk, then move onto this slowly so I don't spend much all at one time. If I could get a 20% overclock in then maybe I would be fine on low settings for awhile, not the best but you know, have to make do sometimes.
