Hey I have wanted to build a computer for a while. I am trying to create a computer that is below $700 and this is what i have come up with.
CPU: AMD Phenom II X4 965 Black 3.4GHz Quad-Core Processor ($92.99 @ NCIX US)
CPU Cooler: Xigmatek GAIA SD1283 56.3 CFM CPU Cooler ($19.99 @ Newegg)
Motherboard: ASRock 880GM-LE FX Micro ATX AM3+ Motherboard ($54.99 @ Amazon)
Memory: Corsair Vengeance LP 8GB (1 x 8GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($57.99 @ Amazon)
Storage: Western Digital RE3 500GB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($65.85 @ Compuvest)
Video Card: EVGA GeForce GTX 650 Ti Boost 2GB Video Card ($185.66 @ Newegg)
Case: Aerocool M40-BK MicroATX Mini Tower Case ($79.99 @ Amazon)
Power Supply: Corsair CX 500W 80 PLUS Bronze Certified ATX12V Power Supply ($66.99 @ Amazon)
Optical Drive: Asus DRW-24B1ST/BLK/B/AS DVD/CD Writer ($19.96 @ Amazon)
Total: $644.41

I want to try out the 650ti boost because I think it will be a solid GPU. I will OC the CPU and I heard it is really good for OC. I'll most likely use this for games like PS2, TF2 and BF4 once it comes out. I just want to know if I am maxing out the performance for my price range. (The Case is small due to limited space and I want to be able to move it around easily)

Thanks

Definitely looks like you're getting a pretty good system. I'd try to put a little more into the processor and get an i3 and make this an Intel build if possible, but not completely necessary. Looks solid the way you have it.
