how to fix when fps fall

when i play games its normal but after few minutes fps suddenly drops for few seconds and then it returns to normal and after few minutes same thing what to do?

i have windows xp professional sp3,intel core2 duo cpu e6550 2.33ghz,2 gb ram,nvidia geforce 210

And are you running anything in the background?

This could be a number of things: game object loads, background processes taking up resources, thermal throttling, etc.

i play crossfire europe and sometimes euro truck simulator 2 but i dont have anything opend when i play trucks but when i play cf i am speaking on teamspeak 3
