So i overclocked my Amd Phenom 2 x4 965 BE from 3.4 to 3.9 and im just kinda paranoid about the readings im getting from SpeedFan (all in Centigrade)

Temp1 Hovers around 43 and sometimes climbs about 50 at load
Temp2 32
Temp3-128(possibly wrong or in Kelvin)
HD0 41
Cpu 43 and sometimes climbs about 50 at load
MB 32
HD1 42
GPU 31
Core Hovers around 46 and mid 50's at load

Im only using the stock fan but i also have an Ultra X-Wind Copper 120mm in my possession from my last processor, its just so hard to mount that i didn't want the hassle. Should i be worried and what is considered safe for overclocking?

dont trust speedfan, use either the bios or tools that come for your mobo, speed fan i had to manually adjust all my temps to what they should really be. as for overclocking a nice heatsink is necessary for temps when overclocking, i would try and mount that other heatsink or just stick to a mild overclock and monitor your temps
