new CPU cooler and PSU

My CPU fan is starting to die so i'm looking to replace that as well as the PSU and am hoping I can get a few thoughts/recommendations.

I have a mid-tower case with i5-2500k and GTX 570 SC. I just want to make sure that the fan will fit haha.

The g-series from seasonic has not so good fans.

Cooler master evo is very good
