Very nice sounding engine there. I think a mild cam is in it. I miss my old cars.

LOL- thats quite a bit more than a mild cam.

yeah my first car was a '68 GTO 400 c.i., 30 over, THM400 B&M kit 1800 stall, and I crammed a 0.52" lift intake, 0.48" exhaust with a 270 duration into it. it sounded a lot like this Judge.
Sitting at redlights in gear, both feet pressing as hard as I could with power & front discs, the '68 would still buck and creep forward. you had to take the car out of gear at redlights or you would creep into the intersection.
I got HARD sideways pull rubber in all three gears.
It would do 95 in second gear, 160 top end.

EDIT: Oh by the way i did all this rebuild when I was a junior in high school. I usde to see this car off the road a quarter mile or so and thought it was a Chevelle or something that I drove past every day to work. never could get a hold of the owner. one day i got a hold of him and found out it was a GTO. I got my first bank loan to buy this car. I paid $1500 for it in 1987.
