New Graphic Card...

Hello, i would like to change my Graphic card but i don't know very much about what i have to buy to have good fps at new games on high graphics can someone suggest me an upgrade? note: i can afford around 100 euro.
My specs: Mobo: asus p7h55-m LE
CPU : Intel core I3 540 @ 3.06ghz
GPU : Nvidia GT 430
4GB ram and my monitor is LG Flatron E2251

Also any other upgrade suggest is acceptable

I would recommend a AMD Radeon HD 6870. its about 130 Euros or 110 GBP but it is a major upgrade from your current card.
