you mentioned that your budget is $2800usd and yet your system total cost is $1775. is the $2800 including perepherals as well?

my thoughts:

cpu- i7 is always a solid choice.
ram- 16gb is a bit overkill however with your budget i would say this is not a bad choice. check if your mobo is triple or dual channel as the # ram sticks may change (my rampage III is triple channel).
mobo-i've had great luck with my rampage III, i would figure the IV to be similar. why opened box? be wary is all i can say.
vid-2x gtx680 should perform well according to charts. i would suggest evga instead and doing a chart comparison as well.
hdd-you failed to list a hard drive. i would suggest at minimum a 120gb ssd for boot (256 optimal) and a 500-1tb storage drive.
case-make sure it can support e-atx which your motherboard is. make sure it also has usb3.0 ports and plenty of ventilation.
psu-i would highly suggest not going with a no name brand power supply. go with a corsair or pcp&c version for reliability. a bad psu can kill your entire system so dont cheap out.
cooler-unless you plan on overclocking this is not required. in any case, some air coolers are better than cheap watercoolers. also why do you list two products which look like cpu coolers?

dont forget:
thermal past (prefer artic silver)
cables (make sure you will have enough, or extended cables for big cases)
screws, nuts, bolts (normally you get plenty though)

nvidia in game coin coupon??????

You are spot on sir! However you can cut some cash a little by going with a sabertooth and maybe even cutting back to a gtx 560 which is 2gb ddr5 but as far as cash flow goes.... if you got the money* run with it! and SSDDX your correct on the SSDs for OS I have 2 140s mirrored.

some other people messaged me saying i should get ill just copy and paste "

(All assuming you are building this system entirely for gaming.) i7's do not benefit gaming at all, the 3570k is as fast as it gets for gaming. While the 680 is faster, its not that much faster for it to justify the enormous price increase. Its 10% faster if that, with two of them in SLI and taking overclocking into account the difference is negligible. I don't know what resolution you are playing at but unless it is 2560x1440 or greater then there is no need for 4GB." Correct not correct? P.s Im going to get those SSD's and the hard drive

well do consider a few things.

you do have a $429 monitor listed. i do realize it is 27" but that is quite a bit of money to shell out for TN panel technology. for the same price you can get yourself something much nicer in a smaller size or you can lower the size and save some money. 20-24" is fine for gaming, bigger is not always better unless you have bad vision or prefer things larger.

you do have to graphic cards listed for SLI. this bumps the price up quite a bit as well. if you plan on SLI now is the time to buy the cards as you will be better off in the long run. personally i've always just used single card solutions but then again i also dont play crisis, metro or other games of that nature.

do you need the cpu cooler right now? the stock cooler works fine out of the box at least until you start thinking about overclocking. this can save some cash now and you can always upgrade it later if you wanted.

do you really need a 1200w power supply? my i7, gtx470, 2xssd, 1xhdd, rampageIII, 6gb ram pc draws about 140w when idle such as while typing this. the most i've seen it spike up to was mid 400's during crisis 1 when i ran it as a benchmark. as long as your power usage is less than the maximum with a little headroom and as long as the psu has all of the connectors you need and sli support i would say you can downgrade to a lower maximum wattage model. i would recommend staying with corsair though.

the rampage III board is on the expensive side (i have the rog edition) however its a very nice board. enough for me to repeat that statement. i never had a single issue yet and there are tons of goodies like bluetooth (at least on my rog edition) and bios options.
