Can I run simcity?

Just as the title says, here are my specs

AMD Trinity A10-4600m APU @ 2.3GHz (3.2 TurboCore)
8GB DDR3 RAM
750GB 7200rpm HDD
AMD Radeon 7660G (512 dedicated + up to 4096 system memory)

I don't know if these help (I've heard they're mostly crap as indicators)

System WEI scores

Processor: 7.0
Memory: 7.4
Graphics: 6.9
Gaming Graphics: 6.9
Hard Drive: 5.9

I'm not looking for ultra top of the line settings or anything like that, but the screen is only 1366x768 so I was hoping for medium to be playable. Anyone out there try this game on this or similar setup?

You may be OK at a lower resolution but don't expect too much.
