I'm dying here, help need badly. [NOOB] (part list needed)

So, Sorry For Dual Post

Hello, you guys I'm coming to tomshardware to get some insight on what I need. I'm not a gamer, never was, however I would love to have a computer that can do outstanding CPU intensive work and out preform at least the old Xbox 360 and PS3. While doing it on a 750$ (INCLUDING MONITOR) the way I need my system to be set up is that CPU performance over trumps gpu performance, because I do alot of Photoshop and Premier work. So no matter what I want to stick with the i7 3770k. however, I don't want a gaming bottleneck system. I want some to at least put me in the running with the new-gen consoles that are coming out soon. But again I gaming isn't even that important to me, but If someone comes to my house and wants to play Crysis I want it to get good frame rates in 720p or whatever you gamers call it. Here's what I got clearly it is way out of budget please help.

  1. First off, this is going to be really tough: $750 including monitor. Even in your build two things stand out that need to be changed. First off that PSU has to go. Antec, Corsair, Seasonic and XFX are the psus I recommend. And then your cpu cooler. I would change that to a CM Hyper 212+. Everything else is bare minimum for what you want to do. To play crysis you are going to need a gpu. A decent gpu would run you around $200. Lets see what can be done, I love a little challenge :d

IF you go with a FX8350 cpu we can get you below the magical $750 mark.
