Watercooled Reference EVGA GTX 670 vs MSI 670 Power Edition

I currently have the MSI 670 Power Edition but I am headed towards a water cooled system, in which there are no water blocks available for the MSI PE. I have an option to trade my 670 for Reference EVGA 670s, which I will water cool, and I was wondering if I should go ahead and do so or not.

Yes I will be OCing with either.

I have the 670 SLI watercooled and my temps are in the low 30s under gaming load. They are OC'd to about ~150 above stock for both memory & core. If you have the funds, I say watercool, you can add the CPU to the loop as well.
