950/1050 watt psu question

Hello fellas, i need your help, so im going to build a silent computer (but not like ULTRA silent, i just dont want to be loud), and i dont really want to waste much money on it, my pc will waste around 535 watts, but if i buy a psu that deals 950 or 1050, it will be silent, i think. So should i buy a cheap psu like these?:

I'm going to suggest you spend a little more for a quality PSU that is designed to run quietly - I know I would not put that PSU in the same room as my computers let alone attempt to use it at all. I'll recommend against either of those units. What are your entire build specs, we can find you a good, quiet PSU and are you shopping in the UK or..?

well yeah im going to buy in the uk and ive been in the colermaster power calculator or whatever, and these are my specs:
cpu - intel core i7 3820 running 3.80ghz(around)
mobo - msi x79a-gd45
gpu - hd radeon 7970
ram - 16gb ddr3 1600 mhz
fans - 6 enermax apollish fans
1x ssd
1x 2tb hdd
2x sony optiarc
case - nox coolbay tx (iberian company bought by some english dudes)
xternal card - bigfoot killer 2100

It only wastes less than 550 watts, but i want the psu cheap and silent, thanks.
P.S - again sorry for my bad english.

Be quite psu are the most silent ones.
And your system uses less then 450w on 100% load

I'm going to second MarcoPolo's suggestion of the BeQuiet! 580W unit, it'll be plenty for your machine and noise should be at a minimum

ok, then i will choose the be quiet, but are you sure that it is going to be very quiet and holds for at least 2 years, and will it power my pc perfectly?
Ps - Sry for these dumb questions, but i feel that it will not work, i just dunno why.
