You will need to go to the computer maker's web site for the Windows 7 computer to download the bluetooth driver. As for the iPad it should already be installed. What device are you trying to connect to both the computer and the iPad or are you trying to connect the computer to the iPad or vice versa? If the device is the issue then you need to check the manufacturer's site for a driver.
