Crystal disk mark says it is in bad health, though I have no problem with any of the data on it. It is a 1tb drive I got from costco a while back for ~150$. Also it says my primary drive has 100 reallocated sectors. That one is a 160gb from a old powermac g5.

6 Reallocated Sectors on their own shouldn't result in a bad health assessment. There must be some other reason. Could we see CrystalDiskMark's full SMART report?

I hope you have the data on that drive available elsewhere. If not I recommend you back it up immediately.

Reallocated sectors means you have bad sectors that have been moved to 'spares'. The data in these bad sectors is not always recoverable which is why I recommend the backup.

I typically replace a drive as soon as these start showing up.

Is there any way to tell what data is on these sectors?

A bad sector will not be reallocated until the drive is able to read it, often after numerous retries, or until the OS writes new data to it, in which case the drive knows that the original data are no longer important. No data are ever lost as a result of the reallocation process.
