Hello, I am building a computer for the first time and I'm just wondering whether a wireless keyboard will work in the BIOS for first time setup so that I can load the os onto my pc without having to install any drivers or anything for my keyboard.
My mobo is the MSI 970A-G46
Thanks

i don't see why not as they connect via usb or ps2 with a wireless transmitter/receiver. its been quite a few years but i installed XP with a wireless set. i think the pc just treats it as any normal keyboard connected (the wireless transmitters handle the rest).

Generally the driver must be installed for a wireless keyboard to work. In order to install the driver the OS must be installed. Go with a wired keyboard for first time installation of the OS.
