1st off, the GTX 650 Ti has a high power draw and will pretty much max out your 450w Power supply as you already have a 125w CPU. You should probably go with a HD 7790 2gb. It also comes with a BioShock Infinate Coupon (you have to order together). I might seem a bit like an AMD fanboy, but I'm not. I like Nvidia more than AMD in GPU performance, but these deals are hard to pass up, especially since this GPU has a lower power draw. You will also have a little bit of overclocking head room. You should be able to run multiple skyrim mods on a 1600x900 monitor, or even play skyrim at a decent framerate @1080p.

are you sure the boost would max out a 450 because i am currently running a boost with a 450 and also nvidia's reccomended psu is 450

David cassar. Yes, I am positive. The power draw on the 650 Ti boost is really high for how small it is. That paired with a FX 6300 might max out a little 450w psu. Or at least very close.

Honestly, The HD 7790 WILL SUPPORT your PCIe 2.0 slot. The HD 7790 was made to support the PCIe 3.0 bandwidth, but it is still fully compatible with PCIe 2.0 and will not effect your performance in any way. The HD 7790 is a FAR better Graphics card than that HD 6450 you bought! Haha, You'll thank me later when you're playing BioShock Infinate on high settings!
