Black ops 2 zombies freeze

I get in the lobby then find a match and when the countdown is finished and i load the game the treyarch logo is stuck in the bottom right corner and i need to shut it down with task manager.... Pls help.

Its an Acer 5742g laptop and i have played it before without problems

Are all your drivers up to date? does it freeze in any other game? are you playing it through steam?

I am not having any other problems with freeze in any other game and i am keeping my drivers up to date
