Hey Guys!
http://www.futureshop.ca/en-CA/product/asus-asus-essentio-cm6870-desktop-computer-intel-core-i7-3770-2tb-hdd-16gb-ram-windows-8-cm6870-ca001s/10223515.aspx?path=b85f0cc6c939ac778c408e8244d9afbaen02&SearchPageIndex=1

Above is the PC that I have, I am wondering do I have a Dedicated or Integrated Graphics Card (I wanna remove it and upgrade)

Secondly it has the i7 3770 cpu.. after i upgrade to a 750-850W power supply I will upgrade the Graphics card and was wondering If I can also upgrade to the 3770k cpu. (or is it even worth upgrading this anyway?)

Thirdly, how can I install more cooling/fans into the cpu as I am looking to upgrade to the GTX 690 and will need more cooling (I am guessing)

Thanks!

p.s it says my motherboard is a H77 LGA1155

heres my innards :p

You have a dedicated GPU, what's your budget and system usage? Without that information we can't really offer any upgrade advice but in the effort of quickness my personal favorite GPU at the moment (really want to get my hands on one is the newly released 650Ti Boost)

you need to list budget and expectations.

i would not upgrade from a i7-3770 to i7-3770k. while technically an upgrade (if you want to overclock) performance increase will be minimal.

what would give you the most bang for the buck?

well, if you want faster system boots, faster game response (such as maps and levels loading faster) and better file transfer speeds you should look into getting a ssd drive to use for you boot drive. i would suggest at least a 250/256gb drive but a 500/512 would be optimal depending on budget. samsung 840 would work but a samsung 840 pro is the better choice.

as far as a gpu upgrade is concerned, you are using a gt not a gtx card. they are typically underpowered and even compared to older gtx models. look at current gpus such as the gtx480 and take a few steps down. this would be a good upgrade which isnt too hard to swallow on a tight budget.

i agree with upgrading the psu. i would highly recommend models from corsair. a 500w is probably more than sufficient though.
