New gaming rig experiencing random restarts

Bin experiencing random shut downs. Although it never completely looses power, displays lose signal and then it restarts. CPU temps never above 40c, and GPU temps never above 42c while gaming (usually wow) and temps never above 45c(CPU)/60c(GPU) under benchmark.

Components
Case - NZXT phantom
Power supply - Corsair gs800 (bestbuy special due to initial DoA PSU)
Processor - Intel i7-3770k OC@ 4.2
Motherboard - ASRock Z77 Performance LGA 1155 Intel Z77
Heatsink - CORSAIR Hydro Series H100
RAM - G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 8GB
Video Card - EVGA 660ti superclocked 3gb

Everything works great, besides my random instant restarts. Not a guru, had a friend help me with my build, but not computer-illiterate. =P

Hm... I seem to be having the same issue.. the only common feature is the GS800. I bought it from best buy initially, had the issue, then had best buy replace it, and the issue persists... also RMA'd my mobo, tried with different CPUs, and the rest of my hardware seems to check out fine...

Maybe there is an issue with the Corsair GS800?
