Want budget to stay in 750$ would that be possible without compromising performance? On a side note, what do you think of my build?

Either a B75 or H77 motherboard would suit you well, such as: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/msi-motherboard-b75ag43 Here's an entire list of what's available: http://pcpartpicker.com/parts/motherboard/#c=26,36&sort=a6 Although you could either go for an mATX or ATX sized motherboard (both will fit your case) I'd recommend going full ATX for a bit more flexibility when upgrading (more RAM slots etc). Here's the cheapest option available ($56): http://pcpartpicker.com/part/msi-motherboard-b75mae33 which just barely puts you over budget. The difference is basically that you get 2 less RAM slots, and a couple fewer expansion slots (check the specs sheet for exact details) but it won't have any affect on performance by going with the cheap one.

Otherwise your build looks very good to me.
