Hey,

Yes the parts you have chosen are compatible, as in the parts will work together, however you may have issues putting all that into a micro ATX case. The graphics card you chose has an excellent cooler, however it is rather long and might not fit in your case. The windforce cooler exhausts hot air into the case, so you have to make sure you have enough airflow to exhaust that air out of the case. A reference card usually exhausts air out of the case. As for the size issue Asus recently released a Gtx 670 designed for micro-ATX cases:

I would double check that the graphics card you chose fits properly although i am skeptical, it looks like it could be a tight fit (its close to the drive bays). I would either go for a larger case or for a smaller card like that gtx670 I posted above.

Hope this helps!

I would like to keep to gfx card as the 670 you mentioned I could not find and all other 670s are pricier, however in changing from microatx-atx the price went up significantly, (I plan to overclock the cpu to a stable ~4.0GHz and the overclock gpu significantly) what would you recommend to me to bring to price down?

The cpu cooler will work great for the overclock you're planning on doing. The psu is very good and more than enough power for this system.
