Will I get good settings with these parts?

The Processor: i5 3570k
The GPU: Radeon HD 7970 (Gigabyte)
The RAM: 8GB

Would I be able to max games like: Far Cry3, BF3 (and BF4), Bioshock Infinite, Crysis 3 and....Minecraft? (With an ultra HD texture pack)

yes you able to max those games except cyrisis 3

Yes except Crysis 3 and we don't know too much about Bf4 yet but its safe to say yes.
