How bad is my Pc bottle necked

heres what i have

OS. Vista Home premium 64bit
CPU. AMD Phenom 9550 x4 2.2GHz
RAM. 5GB DRR2 1GB, 1GB, 2GB, 1GB
Board: PEGATRON CORPORATION VIOLA 2.03 (AM2+)
Bus Clock: 200 megahertz
BIOS: American Megatrends Inc. 5.29 04/28/2009
GPU. EVGA GTX 660 SC @ 1046 MHz Base Clock 2GB GDDR5
PSU. 550W not 80+

only the gtx 660 is going to stay in my next build

Your NO1 bottleneck would be the ram. Does all your ram has same bus speed? Because if you have one ram of 1033 bus and another of 667 bus in a pc, both of them will operate at 667. In my opinion, don't stick in ram like this(1GB, 1GB, 2GB....). They don't really work best together. Always try to match ram of same spec. Like same 2*2GB=4GB kit.

Also the motherboard is way outdated. I wonder if it has PCIe 1.1?

For your next build upgrade your ram (4GB*2=8 GB of 1600 or higher bus). Also you said only the 660 is going to stay. Then consider a better cpu AND a good mobo.
