The Best X79 Board?

Greetings everyone! I'm looking to purchase an X79 board, however I'm torn between the popularity of the Rampage IV Extreme and the features of the P9X79 Deluxe. Can anybody give me a reason to choose one board over the other? Overall, money is no issue and I don't plan on "extreme overclocking". I read about issues regarding the ASMedia USB 3.0 controller in the P9X79 board (the RIVE sppears to have the same controller, but haven't read about any issues); maybe someone can clarify?

For me I have no reason to get an Extended-ATX board I dont run 3 or 4 video cards so the extra slots mean nothing to me.

Thank you for your input. I agree, I may buy one other GPU sometime in the distant future, but I surely don't see myself ever completely filling all the slots. Aside from that feature alone, I really don't understand why the majority of forums I've visited call the RIVE the "superior" board..... The Asus X79 boards all seem great, but I think it's the features that really set them apart (at least from what I can tell).
