Dear All

I add a iSCSI drive in windows server 2003, total volume size is 2.6 tb as we know we can not create drive more than 2 tb in windows server 2003. Now I have .6 tb unallocated space.
How can I create a partition of allocated space.

When I right click on anallocated space there is two option "New Partion" which is inactive and Properties.

Have you tried resizing the drive? This may make it easier to create a new partition.

When you installed the drive did you use MBR or GPT? After seeing the picture I see that resizing wasn't helpful advice at all.

I using a Buffalo 1x4 tb NAS configured Raid5 so I am ggetting 2.6 tb space for use. I don't remember any MBR or GPT related messages appeared on screen at the time of formatting, by default it is MBR.

Note - I have migrated file system, All Files and Folders already copied in this NAS device.
