I was having troubles, and I was thinking I needed a new motherboard because my USB would randomly stop working for my mouse and sometimes my keyboard and no matter what USB I plugged them into, resulting to restart or atleast put it into sleep mode to work again. But I saw someone have the same problem and was told to monitor the 3.3V and 5V on HWMonitor. So I got that and I get these voltages which don't seem possible.

(Even though I validated my account, it still won't let me post pictures)
Voltage 0 1.04 Volts [0x57] (CPU VCORE)
Voltage 1 1.44 Volts [0x78] (VIN1)
Voltage 2 2.93 Volts [0xF4] (+3.3V)
Voltage 3 2.78 Volts [0x8A] (+5V)
Voltage 4 0.53 Volts [0xB] (+12V)
Voltage 5 -4.13 Volts [0x56] (-12V)
Voltage 6 -6.10 Volts [0x7F] (-5V)
Voltage 7 2.82 Volts [0x8C] (+5V VCCH)
Voltage 8 1.64 Volts [0x89] (VBAT)

I checked the BIOS which only shows the +12V and it says its 12.22. Vcore also shows 1.3 if I remember also. So I'm not sure to trust the other Voltages shown in HWMonitor. I don't have a multimeter or a way to get one at the moment.
