I'm planning out my pc, just wanted to make sure that all of my parts are compatible and want some input or suggestions on what you think.

CPU: Intel Core i5-3570K 3.4GHz Quad-Core $209.99
CPU Cooler: Noctua NH-D14 65.0 CFM $82.53
Motherboard: Asus P8Z77-V ATX LGA1155 $169.99
Memory: Corsair Vengeance 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1866 $65.98
Storage: Seagate Barracuda 3TB 3.5" 7200RPM $159.99
Samsung 840 Pro Series 128GB 2.5" SSD $119.99
Video Card: Gigabyte GeForce GTX 670 2GB $379.99
Case: NZXT Phantom (White/Red) ATX Full Tower $131.98
Power Supply: PC Power & Cooling 750W ATX12V $129.99
Optical Drive: Asus BW-12B1ST/BLK/G/AS Blu-Ray/DVD/CD Writer $69.99
OS: Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 (OEM) (64-bit) $89.98

Total: $1595.40

I would like to keep it between $1500-$1800, and would also appreciate some good suggestions for a mouse and keyboard.

It looks really nice, but the GPU is a bit overpriced, a 7950 is pretty close http://www.anandtech.com/bench/Product/550?vs=598 but is a bit cheaper. Unless you will be playing at very high resolutions or multiple moniters the 7950/ 7970 might be better. Though it is a bit of preference.
And also, your PSU is a bit to expensive and a bit unnecessary. A cx600 might be better since it is cheaper and 670 and 7950 dont take crazy power.
Rest looks nice.

I agree with Blue_Toaster about the GPU. A 7970 is about the same price but performs somewhat better.

As for your PSU, you've got way overkill on power. Get a 650W as-is or a 750W if you want to allow for future expansion. Seasonic, XFX, or Corsair TX/HX/AX/AXi are all very good. I wouldn't get a Corsair CX or GS series as they are not manufactured by Seasonic and aren't as good. Not to mention that modular is a plus!
