memory 8 gb in total - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231193
and a 2 GB version of the EVGA GTX 560 which asks for minimum 450 watt PSU
=================================================
FIRST OFF.. system runs great, i am able to play battlefield 3 or any game at almost ULTRA settings, but I want a better FAN for my CPU and board, but someone said I might be pushing my PSU to the limit now.. how do I find this out? I know alot about fixing computers but i will admit, when it comes to how many watts and amperage and that stuff.. I am LOST
I do know, that to make my gfx card work I had to use (2) 4 pin power cords or whatever those are that u normally would plug into a hard drive to give power?
I have the normal cpu fan that came with my CPU and my GFX card runs at 90 degrees at MOST and normally around 70-80 but I want to get it lower than that.. can someone please suggest a good fan that will replace the stock fan for my cpu? and let me know if i should replace the fan that came with my case? u should be able to go to the links and see what came with what and all that... again.. im not sure when it comes to all of THOSE kinds of details and I want to use this as a learning experience while also getting my system better.. also. im pretty sure that I need to get a new PSU what do you suggest? i dont plan on running SLI, 2 cards at once, eventually I might upgrade to a better card and replace the one I have.. but I want to have enough power for what I have now, but better fans/cooling
plz let me know if you need more info
