asus 670 with cor i5 760 will bottleneck?

Hi i have intell cor i5 2.8 , ram 8gb 1333 , 9800gt ,asus mothebord p7h55, psu 800w
i want to replace the gpu with asus dc2 670 will this setup bottleneck by the cpu or any othe specs i have
