Cheap Gaming System

okay i'd like to build OR have one premade. depending on the price difference.. home built should be less, but you never know.Anyways i need a graphics card that has atleast pixel and vertex shader 4.0 I seen where a recommended specs for a certain game was p and v shader 5.0 and 1.0gb dedicated memory. but they might be high on the cost. I need atleast 2.5ghz. I do not need a CD drive(not sure on the term) a hard-drive , i dont even need a case lol. in fact.. i just need the bare minimum to run Diablo III..
Any information or help is hella appreciated.

tried to pm you but 404 error. anyways. im pretty newb. i can figure out how to put all of that together no prob. i can make a ghetto case with a 12 inch fan( lol ). so all i would need is a monitor and a hard-drive(with an OS of course) correct?
