How to over clock a i5 3570k on a asus maximus v gene mobo. using a h60 cooler

hi guys, im new to overclocking, never tried it before. i have a i5 3570k on a asus maximus v gene mobo and im using a h60 cooler. How do i overclock on this mobo, any ideas plz. and what configuration should i have the fans set on the h60 cooler. thanks in advance guys
