What's the primary use for this build - gaming? Video editing? Something else?

A lot of the things you have on this build are major overkill - particularly the case (the TJ11 is very nice but very expensive). The GTX Titan isn't really a good value when dual 670s or 680s will match or beat the Titan's advertised performance. You will never need 1200W even for dual Titans later on. And never, ever pay the money for the Dominator Platinum. RAM is not the place to spend hundreds on a build. You're better off paying far less for RAM and using that money elsewhere. With the Dominator Platinum you're paying a 4X premium for nothing more than a fancy heat sink.

The TJ11 is big enough that it will handle anything but you don't really need it. The Corsair 800D is also overkill for a gaming rig. You could literally spend 1/2 of what you're planning to spend and come out ahead.

Here's what I would suggest:

That will be a better use of your money for a gaming rig.
