Is asus P5k compatible with 64 b?

In 2007 I bought a grand new computer with an Asus P5K motherboard, since I upgraded from vista to windows 7 (32 bits) I frequently asked my self if I'm able to get 64 bits on this computer, my CPU says it can handle 64 bits (Intel Q9300) also my graphic card.
I currently have 2 X 2 GB memory cards. So my question is;

Is the Asus P5K compatible with 64 bits? And am I able to upgrade to 64 bits without having to buying a new computer?

Yes. It does support 64 bit.
