Hi friends my name is Swapnil Tiwari and I live in New Delhi, India. This is my first time building a Gaming PC from scratch. I want to play all the upcoming games on maximum settings at 60+ FPS @ 1080p. The budget is Rs. 100,000($1,837). I have finalised all the components and Graphic Card i.e. Radeon HD 7970 GHz Edition, but I am torn between these two cards :

Gigabyte AMD/ATI GV-R797OC-3GD 3 GB GDDR5 Graphics Card

GPU Clock : 1000MHz
Price : Rs. 29,250($538)

OR

Sapphire AMD/ATI HD 7970 DDR5 Vapor-X 3 GB GDDR5 Graphics Card

GPU Clock : 1000MHz
Price : Rs. 34,550($635)

I am leaning towards Gigabyte as it is cheaper and benchmarks show the performance of both the cards are almost identical. Here's the benchmarks :

PSU : Corsair Enthusiast Series Modular TX750M - 80 PLUS Bronze Certified 750 Watt PSU
CPU Cooler : Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO Cooler

Since you are going with the ASRock Z77 Extreme4 Motherboard, I would lean toward the Sapphire Radeon HD 7970 GHz edition. The reasoning being that I try to pair Gigabyte with Gigabyte, Asus with Asus when marrying motherboards to graphics. The Sapphire will likely be a good choice for the AsRock motherboard. Gigabyte is a good brand as well and your choice is really your choice, but Sapphire would be my choice for the AsRock.

Addendum:

I just noticed that you plan to use a 64Gb SSD presumably for an O/S drive. A word of caution here if that is the case, you do not want to load an SSD beyond 80% storage capacity. If you plan to use it as smart cache, then no worry.

The sapphires tend to have the best reliability but in this case I would recommend the gigabyte because where you live is a hot place and I assume you will not have a 20c room temp. The gigabyte has superior cooling in my experience with both cards.
