I have just built a PC and when powering on I just green light flash on and off and the fans rotate for one second...if even that.

I have unplugged everything apart from the 24 and 4 pin power connections on the motherboard and still get the same.

I've tried reseating the RAM and have also ensured the CPU fan is connected.

Any ideas? Is the PSU ok for this motherboard?

Motherboard is a GA-EG41MF-US2H
PSU - EZCool 700W Modular ATX, SLi Ready

I will run through the above. Any chance youcan tell me if the PSU should work with my motherboard? I assume because PSU has the correct connectors that it should work, especially if all devices have been disconnected. Am I wrong to assume this. My knowledge of PSUs is very limited

Yes, the PSU will work with the motherboard. It's not the highest quality PSU, but it should power the system just fine.
