Great choice of equipments :) Right now I wouldn't say that your processor is overkill as the new games or the newer games that may be released may be CPU dependent also but if you want to save around $100 you can go with 3570k. All in all its a wicked great build :D

i suggest that you replace power supply with corsairfor more quality
get this :
