Can i run Arma 3 on Ultra Settings ?

Ok guys this is my Final build, and final Post:
- Will This Run Arma 3 on Ultra Settings -

AMD FX8350 Black Edition 8 Core Processor 4.00 Ghz 8 Cpu's
Sapphire 11200-14-20G OC Sapphire Card (2GB, HD7850, GDDR5)
8Gb DDR3 Ram
CIT 750w Gold 12CM Silent Atx Power Supply
1920x1080 Resolution - 22" LED Monitor
Windows 7 Home Premimum

Arma is one hell of a series...
You should run it (not sure for ultra tought)
I would change cpu to i5 3570 due better per core preformance and thats what counts the most in gaming.
And I never heard for this PSU... It might be dangerous. Get corsair cx series or hx if you can get it.
