can my computer handle AMD/ATI Radeon HD 6570?????

my computer is very old so i doubt it will be able to handle AMD/ATI Radeon HD 6570. any help will be great
My pc spec:-
motherboard-945gct-hm
psu-250 watt
cpu-intel core 2 duo

or can it handle a geforce gt 630??
and also tell me which is better geforce gt 630 or hd 6570?
please answer.....

no can say 100% but mostly it will be fine as amd suggest 400w for highend or power hungry rig.if you have budget than get any 400w psu

6570 has a TDP of 44w. You will likely be ok on 250w but it is a bit close.
