My Specs are as follows:

MD FX6300 Black Edition 6 Core (3.5/4.1Ghz)
Sapphire 11200-14-20G OC 7850 - 2GB DDR5
8GB DDR3 RAM
Cooler Master GX-Series 650W
22" LED Monitor (1920x1080)
Windows 7 Home Premium

On the Website that shows you what games your System is able to run i'm getting

CPU=10/10 GPU=10/10 RAM=9/10 < Arma 3

CPU=10/10 GPU=10/10 RAM=9/10 < Battlefield 3

I just added this post to see from people who realy know what there talking about so i can be sure that i will run them before i spend money buying them
Thanks guys :D

With a 7850 you will probably manage 50-60fps at 1080p on high settings but I doubt you would maintain a decent fps on ultra.
As for ARMA III, someone posted on here a few days ago asking "Why his fps was so bad with a 7850 on ARMA III". He said that on medium-low settings he was only getting 20-30fps with the latest drivers.

So you could try OC'ing it as much as you can which might help a little, but not much.

Also ARMA III really loves fast CPU's so OC'ing your CPU could be a good idea as well.

But overall, if your budget only stretches to a 7850 then get one. But if waiting a month would mean you would have a few more pennies in your pocket then WAIT and get something a bit better. Or sell a kidney on eBay =D

Its not your Fx, its your graphics card. I run ArmA 3 on ultra with a Athlon II 4 core. Proccesor does shit with graphics. If you cant run ultra, I suggest you upgrade your graphics, not your RAM/Proccesor. There is no need.
