Is a Thermaltake TR2 600W PSU enough for 2 7950's not in CF

Nope, 600 watts is not enough. Get a quality, 80+ rated, 750 watt psu such as the corsair tx750. It's very important to get a good psu, lest you fry the whole system, which would be especially bad in your case (pun).
 


Hi - it might be able to power em, but I wouldn't. realhardtech suggests 700w
for a sys with 2 7950's. I realize you aren't going to CF, but you're going to need
two molex to pci-e (4needed, psu has 2) adapters as it is, that's not an issue when
there is sufficient ppower. But, there are 2 models of the tr2 600, one has 50a (tr600P)
on the +12v rail, the other one has less then 43a on the +12v rails. Much safer gamble
if you have the model with the higher +12v amps.
