Best gaming PC parts (no price range)

Hello. I'm planning on building a gaming PC using a barebones system and then adding/upgrading from there. I do not have any money at this point but my plan is to know what I need to get and build money up from there. If anyone could put links to top of the line parts or a link to suggested builds that would be great.
Also, I'd like a link to a place where I can put everything together and have an estimated price. Thank you in advance.

Im not sure about top of the line parts, I'l let others decide that but I will tell you that NewEgg.com has all the computer parts anyone could ever dream of and they always offer a good price and if you add everything to your art you will be able to estimate your price pretty well. Good Luck.
