2 way SLi w/ GTX 670's worth it?

I have a dilemma...

I've been wanting to have a triple monitor setup for gaming, but I've also been wanting a 120Hz monitor. I know that I'll need another GPU to run the triple monitor setup because I have a 2gb GTX 670 from EVGA, but I don't know if it's benefit on a single 120Hz.

I can only have one or the other and I'm honestly just thinking of going with the 120Hz monitor to make things run more smoothly.

Would I benefit from a 2-way SLi setup if I just went to route of a single 120Hz?

It's probably not worth the $300+ investment for a second 670 while gaming at 1080p, unless you're going 3D as well.
