gtx 670 vs gtx 660ti

Hello,
I have a gtx 660ti/i5 3570 in my current gaming pc. I can play 90% of the games I own on max settings. However, on the other 10% I get lagging/stuttering then I move the mouse around e.g. when I look around the world in farcry 3 or assassins creed 3 while on max settings. I am simply wondering if upgrading my graphics card up to the 670 or 680 would give me enough of a performance upgrade that it would be worth the money (and I really hate wasting money).

that stutter problem could be game problem not gpu problem. for example i heard a lot of people have stuttering problem with FC3. i don't have such problem in FC 3 because i locked the FPS at 30 and using v-sync.

Is it worth upgrading though ?

i don't think so. but i believe the problem you're having right now are more game issue and not about not having enough performance to drive the frame rates up
