1 long 3 short beep error

Hi, I seem to have a graphics card error - 1 long, 3 short beeps - Asus M5A78L -M/USB3 mobo - Gigabyte HD7870 graphics card - fans don't turn either. This is my third graphics card I've tried - so think it may be a mobo error? Any help appreciated.

It says Graphics card issue

Probably a bad pci-e slot on the motherboard
