PC Build compatibility

Hi all,

Looking to build the PC with components listed below:

Any glaring compatibility issues?
Is the power supply enough?
Do I need a CPU cooler? I don't plan on overclocking.

Also, I'm not very familiar with brands so for example if I should be getting EVGA instead of Gigabyte for the graphics card manufacturer, please let me know ><

Increase the wattage of the Power Supply. Make it 600-700W. Also Sapphire, EVGA or XFX would be a good choice for the Graphics Card.
Also I generally go with ASRock or ASUS for the Motherboard but MSi is also good.
