Graphics Card to run games at medium 60fps

Playing on a 1366x768 monitor what graphics card are going to be able to run most game at 40+fps on medium settings for the next 2 years.

My choices at the moment are:
Radeon 6850
Radeon 6870
Radeon 7770
Radeon 7790

GTX 650
GTX 550
GTX 460

Any others and also which out of them should I go for?

7770 and 7790 are the best cards out of the ones you listed. I recommend Sapphire:
