Best cooler for FX8350 black edition?

I have a Corsair H40 at the moment and the CPU idles around 35 degrees, my old CPU, an athlon quadcore idle'd around 16 degrees. For some reason there is a massive difference, I expected some difference but not that much. Is the cooler not powerful enough or is there something wrong with it im not aware of?

That sounds about the right temperature for a 8350. If you really want cooler temperatures, get the Hydro H80i cooling system. You'd be able to over clock it with that too (although the 100i would be better for OC). If you are on a tight budget and must get cooler temperatures, get the H60. I doubt you'd be able to overlock with the h60 I but though.

Was debating the H100i or a water Cooling setup for both the cpu and gpu.
