Need some help for better gameplay

Ok , let's start i hope u gonna awnser me quick.. my spec;

Processor : AMD Athlon(tm) II x2 215 2.71GHz
RAM : 3GB
64-bit OS
Display adapters : ATI Radeon HD 4300/4500 series
ok. now i haved Windows XP and when i go right click i have AMD option and then adjust my graphic settins..buuuttt when i installed Windows 7 Ultimate now i don't have that option and when i run CPU-z i don't have graphic display adapter installed.. so what is the problem how to fix this , how can i install that ''card'' and title is gameplay so yeah i have on several sites typed games like COD MW 3 , MW 2 , Assassin's Creed III and they sayed that i cannot play those games with this settings..and actualy i can .. so what the fck is happening here?

heres my suggestion but it will cost 200-300$

AMD phen. 965 for around 100$
HD 7770 for around 100$
a motherboard ( if your old doesnt support phenom 965) 50-100$
total of 4 gb of ram

and you do realise that you can adjust the games graphic settings in game? just making it sure.

Ok man but.. what did u say about graphic installing... still don't have that enabled/installed...and this means that my proc.and At x2 215 and radeon hd 4350 series isn't good for gaming ? :O
